Ingredients:
- 3 ½ cups milk
- 2 TBS unflavored gelatin
- 90g 100% Whey Protein Plus in Kellogg’s® Frosted Flakes® cereal flavor (about 3 scoops)
- Splash of vanilla extract
Start by separating 1/2 cup of milk and adding the gelatin to it to “bloom.” Set this mixture aside.
In a pot over medium heat, add the rest of the ingredients and stir. Once incorporated, add the bloomed gelatin and milk – then give another stir. Make sure the mixture doesn’t come to a boil. Take the mixture off heat and pour into serving dishes. Allow to cool on the counter before covering and refrigerating overnight. Once set, top with whipped topping and a sprinkle of Kellogg’s Frosted Flakes® cereal for a crunch factor.
