Fuel up with these protein-packed Kellogg’s® Froot Loops® Cereal Bars– a tasty twist on a classic favorite!
We know the importance of balanced nutrition, especially to athletes. But let’s face it– finding snacks that are both nutritious and tasty can be a challenge. That’s where these Protein Kellogg’s® Froot Loops® Cereal Bars come in.
These bars are more than just a tasty snack– they’re a practical and nutritious choice for athletes looking to maintain their energy and performance levels. Packed with the nostalgic taste of your favorite childhood cereal and the essential nutrients to support your active lifestyle.
Start by mixing together and microwaving for 20 seconds:
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup brown rice syrup (can be substituted for maple syrup, but you made need a bit more)
In a bowl, add:
- 2 scoops 100% Whey Protein Plus in Kellogg’s® Froot Loops® cereal flavor
- 2 cups Kellogg’s® Froot Loops® cereal
- Peanut butter and syrup mixture
Mix with a rubber spatula until incorporated, then transfer to a parchment-lined dish. Push down with the spatula until a bar is formed. *Optional to add a drizzle of icing*
Set in the fridge for 30 mins before cutting into bars and enjoying!
